I agree with this. His range is so wide since he can really have anything here: set, two pair, flush draw etc. What made you think his range was so thin? All he did was call pre, and check to the raiser on the flop?

Your range is really really thin. what hand would you play this way? All you can really have is T8, or J9 (which you'd bet the flop with probably) or JT maybe which you checked through the insider on the flop but you wouldn't raise this turn.

I think this kind of play: raise PF, check through flop and raise turn works better on A,K or Q high flops where you might check through a high set, but doesn't work as well on low flops (since you'd never check through 99,77,22 on this flop cause they would never put you on those hands)
