Default FlopTurnRiver LHE HU Challenge Tournament Details

    Brackets:

The matches are ordered by letter. When each match is complete, post here the match letter and the winner. I will keep this updated as well as I can. The matches will start as soon as possible. Discussion of when matches are going to go on can be made here: http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/...ic.php?t=28604

If matches are delayed too long I will make the discretion of who goes on and who forfeits.

Each game is a Poker Stars HU LHE $10+1 SNG .

The most you can LOSE is $22 in this tournament, but you can win much more. There will also be a sidepot that the winner will get, I would like that to be $10 per person to be paid to the last two players of the tournament, first place will get 75% ($135) and 2nd place will get 25% ($45) on top of the other tournament fees you may win. Everyone should send me their sidepot money on Poker Stars. My screenname is CodeRedRulez and I live in Aurora. I will also be the one dispersing the money.

Xianti may decide to give FTR gear to the winner, but I have yet to hear from him.

As you can see, there is potential to win a lot of money in this tournament for little risk. The idea of this tournament is to increase our HU skill and reading ability as well as have a little fun. Any other questions can be brought to my attention.

I am going to post my HHs after any tourney.

I think it would be a good for all involved if they did as well.

    Jeff,

I (and maybe others) don't play on Stars regularly and I am at work and can't log in right now to figure it out, but can you post step by step how we: (1) set up the HU Match and (2) Pay you the $10?

Edit: Thanks for the info below...

To set up a HU Match:

Login to Stars, click on the "Sit & Go" Tab. Then, go to the subtab of "Heads Up" and $10.50 level and 2 players. If there are zero people registered both should register before someone else sits down to play. If you end up playing against an unknown opponent, its your own fault.

To transfer me money, go to the "Requests" field and select "transfer funds." Type in $10 and my player ID of CodeRedRulez. You know you have it right when it will ask you to confirm and Aurora will be in parenthesis.

Furthermore, I will keep a list of everyone who has paid me, so if your stars screenname is different than the FTR one and I dont know it, PM me your stars name to make sure I get it.

Problem. I have no money online, all my money is BnM. I'll scramble on Monday to figgure something out.

*please don't suggest that "it's as easy as using a credit card" I've intentionally avoided them.

We'll figure something out, even if we have to play for free, and I transfer what I owe you later. =)

Tuesday it is. Where are you at, so I can calculate what time I have to be ready to play?

Play money isn't an option, as he is going to have to put money online eventually. If he can't play then his position will be forfeited and Mike_Ann will move on. You guys have until Friday 11:59 PM EST to start your match or Mike_Ann will go on by default.

Looks like ragnar forfeited so Mike_ann you'll play me and the person who would have played ragnar in the loser's bracket gets a bye.

Muxy forfeits. If outphase does not respond to the PM i sent him then they both will lose.

I might have to do the unthinkable in my game against Nehmer. Something's gone wrong with my home computer, and I can't access stars or the internet at all.

If I can't get this fixed in the next couple of days then I'll forfeit.

Round 4 losers bracket match mike4066 vrs Pokerfanatic is complete

well, koolmoe punked me then 5 mins later i was punked by euphoricism too. They both move up, and just like that I'm out! good luck the rest of the way boys.

Chardrian: if you want to transfer him $11, he can transfer you that money via party, or some other method. He should have the money there that he won from the first tournament.

Outphase and Mike_ann: This is your warning. Get your matches in by next sunday at 11:59 pm or you'll be forfeited.

    That is unsatisfactory.
Dsaxton has decided to forfeit. Nobody wants to play vs me it seems.

i've talked to dsaxton last night and next time i see stinkybeaver i'll tell him to get on his butt. But yeah, we are waiting pretty much on the loser's bracket to get things going.

Frankly, if no one plays and the rest of the people forfeit its better for those already in the tournament. Because, there still is a lot of money in the side pot and the easier it is for the rest of you then awesome, you know?

If you guys don't get your match done by Friday 11:59 pm EST then you both will forfeit your remaining matches. This in effect will give Koolmoe automatic victory in the winner's bracket and guaranteed to get money from the sidepot.

I see you guys around and active in the forum so this is your warning. I'll PM you guys on wednesday if there is no answer.

Nope - dsax forfeited too. I am really intimidating I guess.

koolmoe and my work schedule don't really mesh for this week, but we'll get our match in next week.

For the record, I forfeited because I am not available to play at night when Chadrian is available.
