i would 3bet pre. TT plays fine as long OOP as long as you have discipline to pitch when you need to. This is the type of spot where you can call with read but without one you really are going to have tough time. The thing is, IDK how often someone like this is going to be barreling his draws. I think he would check behind QT and maybe a FD on the turn. So you could argue a call if you think he's capable of spewing or thin valuetowning, but I would advise having a read before you go playing hero.
