Betfair problems

I know a few guys here play there and I really want to make sure someone sees it that may have an answer. I will move the thread after.

I can't log into the Betfair poker client. I also cannot get the Betfair.com site to load (on all three browsers) except through proxy or on my Blackberry phone browser. I cannot log into the Cashier either because it is web based and not in the poker client. I can however log in to the betfair.com site through my phone and see my balance is unchanged.

Betfair seems to think it's my service provider, but I guarantee it's not. I have tried downloading updates for Adobe air, direct X and explorer 8 again (betfiar uses these for their poker client) and updated everything including downloading the Betfair poker client itself and reinstalling. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on with this or had a similar issue? I have no other issues at all sans the slow loading of 2P2 sometimes
