ok well yea like he said, a lot is situation dependent, but no i wouldnt reccommend raising K9s from UTG. honestly, playing tight-aggressive and beginning with better starting hands is often under-emphasized. there is good money to be made nut camping 100nl 6max and below

one thing that i feel is important is to avoid calling raises with marginal hands - 6max and full ring games are the same in that you fold the same hands when other people raise - AQo is not a calling hand unless youre reraising a loose PF raiser.
