Yeah you look like you are playing very loose according to your PT stats. I think your VP$IP% should be no more than 30 at a relatively low limit like 50NL. My VP$IP% is something like 18 at PP, although it's around 30 or so at UB, just because I play so different at PP.

Hand 1: I would raise preflop to isolate on the limper with J9s. It's a strong drawing hand and it's always good to be the aggressor in position. I would not limp here very often unless the whole table limped to me and which case I would limp. But by not raising here you don't really have any information on anybody's hand and the blinds could have anything. I wouldn't bet this flop since it's a very attractive flop for a lot of hands our opponents could be holding.

Hand 2: The preflop call was kind of iffy, but a call I sometimes make if I think I'll get paid off if I hit. If you're going to bet this flop I would make it a larger bet of around 4-5. If called I would check the turn unless I turned trips or two pair, and I still check when the turn gives me a flush draw to keep the pot small and to peel off a free card.

Hand 3: Betting the flop is good, but I check behind on the turn when the Ace hits, and like Gabe said, possibly bet on the end if they check to you.

Hand 4: Bet more on that flop, and maybe fire a second shell, but bet bigger on each street to make the mediocre hands drop out.

Hand 5: Don't raise minimum preflop ever, aside from that raise bigger on that flop. As played I call that small river bet.
