1/2 - AKo squeezed vs. weird caller

Villain is the same as the aggressor in the QQ hand I just posted. Runs 17/14/2.3, 3bets 5% from btn, only folds to 3bets 53%. Is capable of some surprisingly un-nitty plays.

I think a check/snapshove would be fun vs this donkey. I don't know if he folds his pocket sevens, but then we just need to give him a beat.

I think this board hits CO's range reasonably hard (potentialy QQ/JJ given utg opened, AQs, KQs, QJs...)... I'd probably just start by checking.

I don't think we can legitimately try to bluff opp off anything worse here so I would check. If we two barrel we are going to run into QJs/KQ/AQ/66 a lot and fold off 77-TT/AJ probably.

i feel like we can just shove here... seems like his range is like 99, TT, and AQ. Unless im missing something, i didnt see the other thread.

The problem started pre-flop in my opinion. I hate reraising AKo from the blinds, but if you're going to do it with so much dead money already in the pot, go much higher, like 50 and announce full pot commitment. Most likely, you take a nice pot down preflop or get all-in preflop negating your OOP problem and guaranteeing yourself 5 cards to hit with. You're not going to make much money with AKo postflop because it is too transparent after your 3 bet, so why not just blast high enough to take it down now? With a 2/3 chance of missing the flop, you'll be sweating hard most of the time in a large pot and end up killing your stack with a bad c-bet or check folding.
