Re-raise again to 35, or push.

    Why is fold an option?

You would think top pair or two pair would bet that flop, so either he has nothing or he has a set IMO. Min re raising seems like a pretty random play with nothing, so I think I'd re raise again... if a heart comes on the river you may not get paid off if you smooth call... and if he has nothing he's not going to come on the river unless you get lucky and he pairs.

I have a straight right now. (Ten High) With a flush draw, i dont know if you missed that.

    Romes66: bets $4
    Muxxxy: raises $4 to $8
    Romes66: raises $7 to $15

Here is the re raise I'm reffering to. not quite a min raise I guess but pretty close.
My point is this bet is unlikely to fold you out, so it seems more reasonable to think he has a hand he likes, and if so raising again is a better play.

No reason he wouldn't limp with J/10.

He could have the higher straight and wants to drop the hammer before you hit the flush to beat him.

Or maybe he think he can scare you off with his set, but with a made straight and the flush draw, I'd say reraise.

    Weren't you just playing 10NL? Now you're playing 100NL?

Isn't that half your bankroll on the table with you there?

Did you recently win the lottery?

Light years ahead of the competition.

Give one to yourself for being an asshole as well. Its just weird to see someone playing $5 SNG's and $10NL and then see them posting a 100NL HH. Are you playing out of your role? You can give me an award to if it makes you feel "special".

Who cares if im playing out of my ROLL? If it is that big of a problem for your worrying about me playing out of my roll then yes i am playing out of my roll.

    Push/Call/Fold

Playing above your roll is relevant, because most people are going to play too tight above the roll. If you're been sitting at 10NL would you really have put fold as an option here? You have a str8 AND you're drawing to the flush, and you're considering folding to a bet thats about 1/3 of the pot?

Playing inside your bankroll is one of the top 3 key essentials to winning poker. The other two being: Study and table selection.

No need to get super defensive in this thread. Yes you can do as you please. But I suggest staying in your bankroll and not calling posters assholes. Both are -EV.

But we're all allowed our grumpy days.

i like the push here, if villian has a flush draw, let him pay for it.

if villian has a set, which it kinda looks like, i'll push and let him pay to make a boat on me.

I'm pushing all day here. He's either got the flush draw, in which case you are a big favourite. Or if you are unlucky enough to have run into JT, you still have a decent amount of outs for your flush.

Ouch dude. See, the poker gods were punishing you for not playing within your BR, and for also playing such weak cards when out of your BR. I'm not trying to flame or anything, but I'm sure this hit had to sting, even though you made the correct move. Even if you play super-tight, best poker in the world, you can still loose with a second best hand or a major suckout. Playing at the right level just insures that the hit doesn't hurt as much. We're just trying to look out for you man, we want you to be successful, that's what we're all here for. Ouch again... shit that hurts.
