Even if they will call you anyway you still have got to raise. The object of NLHE is to get as much money into the pot while you are ahead and to stop putting money in while you are behind. You have AQs which means in at least 90% of cases you are a favorite to win this pot preflop, which is why you must raise whether they will call or not. If they call you are forcing them to make a mistake (the other object of NLHE).
Raise also gives you control of the hand whether you hit the TPTK or not.
