He's felting the flop regardless.

The smallish bet is fine to induce a bluff however you're flipping against a lot of bluffs. I'd rather induce bluffs in wa/wb situations. It also sucks to get called on this flop with taht puny bet and have to play a turn with a good amount of money still behind.
