Playing 100NL on stars, so a 9 handed table. My UTG raising range is very very specific, and quite tight. My overall game is looser than most of the regs at my stakes, though not by much.

My question: Is it worth it to throw in the odd hand from outside of my range just to shake things up and balance things out? Or, is it not worth it to make this play say 1 out of 30 orbits?

Ex. raise 9Ts from UTG instead of instafold once in a blue moon. If I happen to show down the hand it works out well image wise for me, and shouldn't cost too much if it goes south. It won't really have an effect on my stats though.
