Hand 4: Villain is a fish. Not sure what to do on turn. I wanna call and see a river and call another smallish bet if he leads out.

Hand 5: Villain is a 17/10 bad reg imo. I have note on him that he called down two streets with a set on a flop with a fd and called again on turn when the fd hit. Question on this hand is about bet sizing on every street, especially the river. I am never gonna fold here but I don't think he would call my jam with worse. What should I be betting on the river?
