	I disagree. Most of the live ones that I've played on live tables are loose-er than hell donks. Okay, some may play meekly, others outrageously, but two features hold true for 90% of them:

 Basically, they have a tough time folding with any semblance of a hand.
 
 Villain's $30 bet to me signifies at least top pair. I've played against postflop nits like the one described- the key is his $40 call on the flop. He's not calling without a made hand, or possibly a high flush draw. When he bets $30 behind you on the turn, flush draw is out. I play the hand the same way.
