I've heard when you lose 30% of your roll in FR, you should move down to the next limit below what you were playing. I just wanted to confirm if this is right?
Also, 20 buy ins is right for the limit you are playing correct?

it's really just about what you are comfortable playing with. most ppl need 20+ buyins to remain feeling comfy after a downswing. | |

I moved down in limits a few times now from 200 to 100nl. I had 60 buy ins for 200nl, but the reason i dropped last week was because i lost $1,500 in a few hours. Scared money. | |

werd thanks for the advice, I never play scared with my money. I thought as poker players you have to have a disregard for money, in a sense that you shouldn't play scared just b/c you lost a buy in or two. | |
