Miffed is on the money. He had QJ.
So, looking back at this hand and trying VERY hard not to be influenced by results: What better-than-TP hands does he have that I still beat? KT? AA? My re-raise pre-flop signals something strong; maybe my "weak" flop bet gives AK or KQ, KJ the encouragement to raise me.
But assuming he's playing it straight, I am in trouble. Unless he's happy to minraise with a gutshot, he doesn't have a draw (unless he's already made his straight) unless he is playing boldly with 87. Maybe KQ - TP + gutshot draw? Seems unlikely.
So, this leaves TT, KK and QJ. All of these hands beat me and I'm drawing effectively dead. Maybe on a board like this, gettting it all in against visible strength with bottom set isn't a good idea?
