Default line checks, possibly losing value against fish

This is the first time I have sat with villain. At the time of the first hand, less than 2 orbits in, he was around 70/10/.5. By the third hand (more like 80 hands in) he had settled in at around 60/10/1. Seemed a bit stationy, after the second hand he stopped calling when I would bet flop. I can't figure out in hands one and two what he would call a river bet that I beat, but I think hand 2 is worse than hand 1. Hand 3 was played based on hands one and two, and having seen him call another guy down with second pair in the meantime...

Renton mentions in a strat post identifying people you can value bet three streets with a pair, which this guy would seem to fit the mold of. Check these three hands out and tell me what you'd do....

I think you can squeeze more value out of hand 1 but the rest looks good

How much do you bet on the river in hand 1, and how to react to a raise?

I could get a couple more bux in on the turn in hand 1 but my bet isn't too far out of norm IMO.
