KK into a flush draw...right odds?

Jus played a strange KK hand. Table was fairly loose-aggressive and normally I would not have stayed after a flop like that (hard to bet to eliminate against these guys, I had tried in previous hands)
However, the turn card showed promise of a nut flush for me if it hit by the river. I have 2 questions about this hand but before you give advice, realise that these guys weren't betting as hard as they normally did...It felt like weakness bets to me. Ok the questions:

1 - Did I have the right drawing odds? (Still learning and cant calculate pot odds very well)

2 - Upon making the draw and seeing I had to act first on the river, what would've been the best way to maximise winnings (a leak I am working on also.) Was the 0.20c tempt bet too small, should I have checked or simply gone allin and hoped for a caller.

 Thanks everyone
