After that you didn't play it horribly imo and your river call is normal considering what you've put in the pot and that you beat KQ now. But I'd be most worried about a set of 6s or qs. AA is dirty. So tough when his raising hands are relatively wide here. A re-raise and you know where you're at.
I just can't believe I called the WHOLE WAY DOWN. At the time, I couldn't think of any hands I was ahead of, but I kept on calling. Raising somewhere would help a lot, but even apart from that, the turn and river are clear folds. I have a self control problem.
