Flops okay and I like the turn, really make weaker hands / draws pay. I'd usually check call that river, just limping in like that the villian could have made 2 pair / set so as Fnord said you need to limit the size of the pot.

Also you give a chance for a busted draw to bluff at you when they would instantly fold to a bet.
