Hand 1 I don't really like. You aren't going to get much credit for flushes unless you have pretty loose-ish stats, and villain has tptk, two pair, QQ and AA too much. I would rather raise the flop if I wanted to bully opp of this hand, but I think there are better boards for that.

Hand 2 whaaaa? Preflop? Open limp from MP? I'm pretty sure you are never going to get credit for a set after you just flat his flop bet so if you plan was to bet/raise any club turn and fold all else then the plan is no good. You have got ~6 outs but they're all fairly lame outs, I would rather do this with a hand like AK but again I would do it by raising the flop so you can rep a wider range.
