    Default Correct fold?

I had taken the following note on billinga: "Raised more than 10 big blinds with A 10 suited."

    > Waggho posted big blind ($0.10)
    > Game # 215,814,655 starting.
    > Dealing Hole Cards

    Dealt to Waggho: :Qh::Qs:

    > billinga raised for $0.80
    > Drew127 folded
    > EsmeraldaT folded
    > tzi folded
    > KraxTheCrow folded
    > schybbo folded
    > wiretapper sits down
    > petriv72 called for $0.75
    > Waggho raised for $1.40
    > billinga called for $0.70
    > petriv72 called for $0.70

    > Dealing the Flop: :As:

    > petriv72 checked
    > Waggho checked
    > billinga bet for $6
    > petriv72 folded
    > Waggho, you have 10 seconds to respond
    > Waggho folded

Probably. You can't doubt at least one player had an A when they called those raises. Billinga isn't making any bones about it... he wants you to know he has the ace. And judging by your note on him, he likes playing all kinds of ace hands.

That's for sure. You have to define your hand there... don't give him a chance to use his position freely. If he has the ace, fine, but you want to represent like you have it, and see if he raises you. If he does, then you can fold with a clear conscience. I think the fold was good, but inaction on the flop is not.

The min reraise I regretted as soon as I had done it. But the check I don´t really know. I felt like he wouldn´t fold to any bet and either I was going to fold or put all my chips in the middle. It felt safer to save some bets and nail him when I was more secure with my hand.

In this instance, with three people in and an Ace on board, you really wouldn't want to come betting out a pot sized bet with the QQ though, I fear if you bet, say, 1/2 the pot then they might perceive that as slightly weak and re-raise - what do you do in that case ?

Also, re-raising preflop in this case would it be suitable to raise it double so to around $2, or would you go higher ?

Regarding your note, "Raises 10 x's BB".

At what level do you disregard the "percentage" of raise and concentrate on "absolute value"? What I mean is, if he raises 10 x's the BB when the BB is only 10 cents, that is not the same , in my opinion, as 10 x's a 5 dollar BB.
At a level this low, does it make as much a difference that he raised the BB 8 or 10 x's. In reality, it is only 80 cents. I know in theory a serious player does and should look at that percentage, but I'm sure at that level your opponent is often times saying to himself "what the hell, its only 80 cents."

My note was confirming to me that he was capable of making a $1 bet preflop at a table where the big blind is 10c. Nothing more, nothing less. Even if the level is low, some people will only raise with premium hands and then raise maybe 2-4 big blinds. My note was telling me that he was not this kind of player.
