In most cases, this is a product of improper bowel function due to diet. If you don't want to add a lot more vegetables and nuts to diet, you can fix the problem by supplementing two things that we mainly get only through vegetables and nuts: magnesium and psyllium husk.

Do about 500mg of magnesium daily. The point is to regulate bowels so that excretion is smooth and full. After adding magnesium, if you need to, add a capsule or more of psyllium. For the most part, you won't need to add psyllium unless you're really low on fiber content, and the only time you don't need to supplement magnesium in the first place is if you're low on this sort of stuff. Magnesium is good for many other things, not just fixing bowel function. It is probably my favorite supplement because I've noticed it make significant differences in several areas
