Possible forum problem

Today I am met by this message on all parts of the forum:


It seems awfully suspicious to me. I tried changing my password on my account and entering the new rubbish one into this dialogue - nothing happened (so I changed my password back).

The dialogue pops up all the time - on forum index, on each individual forum, on posts, when previewing a post. It may be something built into a banner ad?

Edit: It evens pops up on the 'you just posted a note' page.
