opened ftr today and AVG popped up with a message saying "multiple threat detection".
file named www.flopturnriver.com/
infection: "exploit link to known exploit site (type 663)
searched avg dictionary and couldnt find more information. suggestions?

| Looks like an IE threat (only option at work). mine opened a tiny blank adobe acrobat file in the background. I've seen this happen before with a bad advertisement on another site trying to exploit a patched weakness in Acrobat. If you have the latest version of Acrobat, you should be fine, otherwise, it's a PITA to remove it.. | |
