Apparently terminal poker have been running a rush equivalent for a couple of months. Anyone know anything about it?

Next: pokerstars releases a new VIP status: "gray card" where you have to keep your 99 day average VPP above a threshold.

I highly doubt Full Tilt has any power or ability to formulate any kind of legal defence against any "ripoff" of thier idea. I'm sure Stars had to spend time finding ways around not getting in trouble, and now may be the perfect time if there is even a small chance of them getting sued for infringemnet, which I wonder what part of the game is actually patented apart form the software code.

That was my first thought like "lol what's ftp gonna do". But now I'm thinking, I mean FTP prolly doesn't have much going right now, but "c'mon guys it was two years ago" isn't gonna be a legal defense against whoever owns the rush patent when the dust settles, so I don't get it. But I mean I guess all companies are ripping off each other all the time without consequence

that's the thing though, what's the patent? You can't patent the whole idea. Is it the code? All Stars would need to do is write new code no?

Better than rush since there's a sit out next big blind box that ftp didn't have.

HUDs work on both pt3(maybe it's 4?) and hem2 now according to 2p2 thread. |
