If you go Intel instead of AMD you can get rid of most of those fans and the machine will run a hell of a lot more quietly.

I've said this before, and I'll say it again. I have a 5 year old machine with a newer vid card. I can 6 table with PT and PAHud running, and I can also play games like Half Life 2: Episode 1 with very smooth graphics. That new machine would be overkill for someone that doesn't use it solely for gaming.
