I'm not advocating for an equity of all wealth throughout the system, but a balance. The lower rungs of an economy are necessary to keep the higher rungs operating well. The lack of investment we're seeing now is because the lower rungs are not able to participate in the economy the way they're supposed to. This is due to pretty much just two reasons 1) widening of wealth inequality, and 2) rising energy costs.
I don't know what any of this means. Does anyone get what he's saying here?
