I'm going to email stars and bitch tomorrow. There is no way they should have let them cash out if this was chipdumped. I wouldn't care that much if every time i tried to cash out there was a 48 hour cooling off period or something to stop this happening. Obviously it's too late for you but I feel the need to do something to make my roll seem more secure after this.
