Lukie, id suggest you try a 2 way split and do it every other day or Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri. Either Upper/Lower or Push/Pull.
The reason im only working legs once per week is because at work i lift boxes all night long. So i basically do deadlifts over and over and found that my legs and lower back werent recovering.
