BTW, if aokrongly chooses to edit all of his posts, that is his prerogative. He didn't ask us to remove them for him, as Ripptyde had done.
I hadn't seen aok's avatar in the brief time he had it up, so I don't know if it was inappropriate or not. He's removed it now, so it doesn't seem to matter.
Lastly, please do not use FTR to encourage posting negative reviews on Amazon or any other place. If you have your own genuine opinion of the book and wish to post a thoughtful and useful review at Amazon, that is your prerogative. But do not stage "sabateur" antics here at FTR.
