    Glen Gould was considered to be the greatest pianist of our time.

    My dad was a prodigy on the piano, eventually studying under who was considered to be the greatest living pianist, Andre Watts, who probably still is considered the greatest living pianist. Unfortunately, my dad had an accident and lost feeling in one of his hands. He can still play but at the time of the accident he decided to become a lawyer instead.

    So enough background, my Dad is fucking bonkers about Gould, he thinks the guy is God.

    Well not everyone agrees with that assessment, many people can't stand his playing, myself included. I have to admit that the link you posted is better than what I've heard from him before though. Most of the time he sounds like a robot, for example:
