my bad, i thought u were trying to imply that she was going to jail for 5 years definitely.
The problem in cases like this is that the police and prosecutors have too much power.. like there are so many laws with so many "up to" clauses that they can link people messing with someone's video game to "manipulating electronic data" which carries a 5 year maximum sentence. It's really quite a joke. It is what it is though.
