great, simple swing
soft spot from me, too. dude has overcome some serious adversity to stay at/near the top of the world.

side note: tiger has proved me wrong twice...once badly...that he cant win an open. i always thought him too wild from the tee to win one from the rough. but, obv, that doesnt hold past his "blast it, ginch it, finesse it, drain it" record. the only thing i have now is that he hasnt come from behind in one. but, thats crap to hang a hat on, too, now that he has the lead. of course, he could choke/cough up the lead...but he never has done that, either. clearly, he dominates like no other ever has...and thats not likely to stop. i sound like i am banging on tiger, but i actually like him as much as i like nicklaus and jordan. he is truly an amazing athlete that needs injuries and obscurities to motivate himself because the tour simply cant provide adequate competition. TIGER is the "once in a lifetime" athlete we will see. like Ali, Nicklaus to a certain degree, and Jordan, Tiger will only fall when he either gets complacent or old. and, i dont see complacency happening if it hasnt happened by now.

ps...my boy bobby gaus never had a shot. dominates the STL local pro circuit and cant get within 10 of the cut. hmmm, maybe "these guys are good."
