I quit 12 days or so ago. I bought a 30 pack of gums and have some left I could ship you. Running really helps, Im averaging 15km/day. Everytime the urge to smoke gets too heavy just run for your life. Im also taking coffee and alc as substitute rather than viewing those as suplemental goods, that way I have successfully taken away another excuse to begin smoking again. Essentially its all happening in your head, your body is off nicotine withing 72 hrs.
