no real story behind it, just my biz partner/roommate and i have talked alot about making $ outside of poker and after some research we think the real estate thing is a great way to do it. plan is to buy a few single family homes at first, then keep trading them up until we own lots of big apartment complexes.

its about getting a loan for a place and then letting whoever is live there pay off the mortgage. it will be super hard to lose money doing this because theres so many great deals we can get right now with the real estate market being so beaten down (and also people needing cash to cover other investments)
