Not to discount your point, but people always see Bill Gates as some computer genius. He's not. He's a business man who happens to also be a computer geek. He has always been the business guy, while others (Paul Allen for example) were really the genius behind the technology (at least the bits of technology they actually created, not stole/bought from other companies)
