Screen sharing software

If I'm wanting someone to be able to see my screen, what is the best free software to use?

I have TeamViewer but I hear that it can be quite laggy.

Any ideas?

Edit: for wathcing me play poker, in case that makes any difference

I only know of TeamViewer and Mikogo. TeamViewer has never lagged for me.

skype also has it integrated, but it sucks compared to mikogo or teamviewer.

I use teamviewer mainly but sometimes I have connection issues with certain ppl using teamviewer, so use mikogo on occasion.

lag would not usually be because of the program, but more the internet connections of the users. Generally no lag, unless one of both of the users have bad connections or alot of their bandwidth is used up by something else.

^ basically what muzz said. The chances are high that your problems aren't due to the software itself. Teamviewer has a nice set of features that allow you to degrade the quality (and even send the video in greyscale instead of color) to help deal with lag.

Spend some time on the settings, teamviewer has never failed me, but I did have some issues with Dagoat in the past on a shitty net connection in Ireland. Last week we railed and his net is fixed and it was bang on.

Teamviewer is crazy easy to use and very effective. It's tops as far as I'm concerned.
