I don't disagree. However, a few inches is a lot, and it's easier for amateurs to aim firearms like shotguns than most pistols due to barrel and stability. If somebody has practice, then there's no difference, but for novices it's easier to get accurate shots with longer barrels simply due to what aiming looks like. Also, sawed-offs will produce larger patter.

The difference is going to be rather negligible, though. Pretty much any firearm will do the trick.

OP I remember reading your post(s) before I went out, If I were in your situation I'd basically prepare for a war. Dog, alarms, guns, body armor, etc. Seriously. Of course, you hope nothing ever happens but frankly if they come back again they are probably doing it to hurt or kill you.

Actually I need to correct my entire eating schedule cause it consists of, light breakfast around 2pm small dinner around 8pm and binge eat at like 2-4am and pass out in a food coma every night. earlier after that class we went to red lobster (sweating like hogs) and i had a chicken&shrimp&cheese dinner with mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, 4 biscuits, and a piece of cheesecake. I saved a bit of that and ate the rest when I came home a little bit ago, plus a protein shake, 2 bananas, yogurt, waffles with syrup, and I'm still hungry to be honest. I really don't want to cook this pizza and then pass out but I'm seriously considering it. Trip report to follow.

So I was just laying in my bed being lazy, cuz well its summer and its hot and so whatever. Anyways I came up with a "pranks I would pull if I was a billionaire" setup. So you buy a mall, hire a few thousand extras, a team of hollywood makeup artists that can make convincing zombies. Then you get a good friends significant other to be an accomplice. They bring the target to the mall, zombie outbreak happens. At this point a small swat team comes and hauls off our target and accomplice to "save" them from the "zombies." In the chaos the accomplice is nabbed and the target is dragged off being told that theres nothing he can do for them. Swat team tells target that theyll have to setup for the night since the zombie outbreaks are widespread and its not safe to move at this time. Swat team will arm the target with a gun with fake bullets (not blanks as the muzzle flare from blanks actually could kill at close range.) The accomplice, targets s.o., then is dressed up in zombie makeup and set at them. Pretty much the point would be to see if the target will shoot his zombified s.o., turn the gun on himself because he cant live with s.o., both, or just break down.


Man.. zombies are awesome, I cant wait for Zombieland..
