when I first moved to New Mexico for school the directors of my program took me to a local Mexican food restraunt where I proceeded to order the enchilada plate. First the waitress asked me "green or red" which I had no idea about b/c I grew up on tex-mex chili gravy then when the damn things came up they were stack flat (not rolled) and had a fucking fried egg on top.

Needless to say I ordered nachos next time.

I used 2 lbs ground venison
2 cans of kidney beans
2 cans of whole tomatos
half a large onion
Chili powder
Salt Pepper
Tomato paste
tortilla chips to thicken it up (also added to bowl because they are a million times more awesome in chili than oyster crackers)


What can I do to pimp it up? I am not a fan of spicy food though taco bell mild sauce for me

At first I thought it was refreshing but now I think it's just fucking stupid. The potential amount of money these kids could lose is mind-boggling if they have a mediocre senior year or get injured.

More chili powder never hurts. It's not hot as much as smoky. Cumin is a good spice for chili and tex-mex too.

More chili powder never hurts. It's not hot as much as smoky. Cumin is a good spice for chili and tex-mex too.

chili powder is a blend of spices, cumin is one of the spices. So if you are adding cumin to something you are putting chili powder in, you are simply adjusting the blend. Not that this is a bad thing, just wanted to give a heads up.

I got a tooth pulled a month ago, and they put in a temporary bridge.

I went back to the dentist today and it wasn't healed enough, so they took out the bridge so I'm missing a tooth for the next month. It's a huge molar and the whole is gigantic. I'll try to get a picture later.

one of my front teeth was cracked in half when I was young and I just have a sort of temporary fix. For whatever reason the tooth stayed healthy and the "temporary" fix has lasted for something like 14 years.
