jesus... Gus Van Sant directs a Matt Daemon&Ben Asslick movie... what kind of idiot volunteers to collaborate on this?

Dogma - I like Kevin Smith as a person, but I didn't even make it through this one. When Jesus freaks make a movie about religion, it's bound to fail miserably.

Cloverfield - don't even know what to say. They should have handed out aspirin in the theater. Maybe if you watch lots of MTV you can take it, but I had to look away from the screen a couple of times... it made me feel like a hypnotized chicken.

And I'm really not that picky, I like most movies... but all of the above make Mel Gibson look like a genius.
Can someone start the "Do not read this post it is awful" thread

good will hunting and dogma are good movies
I concur, the first half of Dogma is probably top five (or better) for me for halves of movies....second half is okay, but holy shit not a terrible movie (lol oskar must be a jezzzus freak lol).

Good Will Hunting? I've never sat down to make a list but it'd probably be in my top ten of my favorite movies. I'll stop and watch on TNT or wherever I see it on and watch for a while when it's on.
