If someone threatens to, and then proceeds to, kick me in the nads, can I sue
them for assualt and battery on behalf of my unborn family?

Since you don't sue for assault and battery... you sue for damages incurred from said battery, I'm going to go with "no". You can, however, convince a doctor you are now impotent and sue for that. | |
