"I was governor, I know what executive power is like!" why stick it out for 2 more years... what she need is the 100s of speaking engagements in the lower 48 states to prop herself up more for 2012. She likely needs money (which will easily be garnered via speaking engagements) to hire an army of PR people to work on building her up as a legitimate candidate. (e.g., how to stay down-home-sy without coming off like someone who seems largely unaware of many of our country's problems and the basic facts that surround them.)
It makes complete sense to me...
