Very, very nice. What are the details on your new rig? Cost if I may be so bold(computer, not monitors)?
I want to get a couple 204B's myself, but I think I would need a desktop to run it.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

Sorry to hijack but I always wonder how you use two monitors at once....how do you go back and forth in between the two?

Should I feel like a schmuck since I am 8 tabling on a Dell 17" flatscreen and I don't mind the overlap? LOL.

BTW, who colored the cool pic for you, GMML?

not a schmuck, just under-developed! im sure you would mind it if you 8 tabled with two 21's then tried to go back. it's like the first time you changed from dial up to cable/dsl... you can never go back.

oh that was the gf. she's an artist, obv.

It is so much better man!
Everytime I walk into my room I get a huge chubby.

Before I could not play more than 5 tables on Ongame network without my laptop constantly loading HHs, and falling behind by about 10min.

Now, I can play 8 tables, listen to Media Player, and browse FTR without my PC even making a noise.

The 20" monitors aren't too shabby either

you got that for 800cad? fuck man... I need to upgrade. My desktop is starting to get pretty slow.

I dont really feel up to building another one. I would always laugh at people buying prebuilt computers, but I understand now. Id rather just get a box and plug it in. What company did you go with?
You-- yes, you-- you're a cunt.

    www.a-power.com

They build the computer for you with anything u want in it. I just selected a gaming machine and upgraded a few things.

They have two locations around Vancouver, so I just ordered it and went and picked it up for free.

    First off very nice setup,

Second, I am looking at getting a 20 0r 21 inch lcd monitor, However I want to use it with a decent laptop that I have now (i dont have the monies for a new desktop) How do I get this set up so either I run both laptop and lcd at the same time or just the lcd off the laptop. I have a dell laptop so if i have to get a new video card i think i have to order it through them. The ideal senerio is only use the lcd while running the laptop. As you can tell I have no idea what the hell I'm taking about so some help would be apreciated!

My laptop is a couple years old and runs on an Intel graphics card that is built in to the motherboard, i.e. least fancy configuration. Anyway, I just plug the monitor into the VGA/serial plug on the back of my computer and then right-click the desktop screen. The pop up menu gives me the option to select outputs. I choose notebook & monitor for both or just monitor for monitor only viewing. You should have this on your right-click popup menu for your desktop already if you have a generic dell lappy.
If you want to use both monitor and laptop screen you can do the same right click and select properties to adjust how the screens interact with each other. i.e. side by side or on top of each other.

I bought my dell 2001FP and then another 21" CRT ... and I never use it... ever.

Laptop in bed is just so much more comfortable than being confined to a desk.

As an aside, incase anybody was wondering, I just took my old PCI 32 meg video card from my old computer and hooked it up to my old 17" monitor still in the house. I run one new monitor and good video card for poker and a second older card and monitor for my other stuff like PT, AIM, MSN and FTR. But I 4 table.
