The BF scale is kinda' fucked in certain instances.

Take my weight/measurements for example. As far as the calculations go I'm 25.32% BF. But, I'm 100lbs, 24 inch waist, 5 inch wrist, 7 inch forearm, and 33 inch hips. The only thing that would bring my BF % down would only be toning up, just to possibly bring down measurements.

Edit: Just used a different site, and they're saying 21.52%. What the shit.

You can't use those sites. Most of them have agendas for the tables. The only way to truly know your BF% is by BI measurements or someone with experience of doing the measurements seeing you.

I know of a few that are taking Anavar now, Most don't use Test anymore. They are getting better at learning what works for women as far as fitness is concerned when strength isn't a factor. Anavar is pretty mild to the system for women, doesn't work on the testosterone the same so they don't get the masculine features like the really big women. It also cuts fat like a motherfucker. Add clen and t3 and this shit gets easy for women.
