Ok, I read something else, but whatever. So she wasn't old enough. That's not his opinion. That's not something judges get to decide.
The laws in the state say how old you have to be, and she wasn't old enough. That's a judges job.....follow the law. If you don't like a law, a judge is not the person to talk to about it.
