I'm not interested in sticking my head down the rabbit hole, I'm happy to just get the popcorn out, but the kind of claims being made right now are easily provable, for example Feinstein owning the software used to count the ballots in MI. There are claims the software handed Biden 3k Trump votes (a 6K swing). At least this is directly provable by doing a human recount.
Each state has its own laws about recounts. They can request a recount in any state it's close, and many where it's not. It's hard to believe the Dems would be so stupid as to commit obvious, easily proven fraud such as you described. That's more the R style.
But, given Trump has done nothing to prevent a Russian incursion into their systems, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the machines were hacked.
