That's a generic term for white people and I find it somewhat offensive. I'm not evil just because I'm white. It's a racist term.

Though as racism goes, it's about as mild as it gets, especially if it was in jest. I don't think she should be banned for saying it, and yeah I'd even go as far as to use the word "ridiculous". But let's not pretend it's ok just because whites are the ones being insulted. If someone "jokingly" drops the n-bomb, there's still outrage.
