OOJ is notoriously difficult to prove. You pretty much have to be found to be destroying evidence for that to stick. That said, Trump's behaviour is shady as hell and the best can be said is, on balance of things, he tried to obstruct justice but not enough to get busted.

Fraud, on the other hand, is much more straightfoward. If you take money for a 'charity' and use it to pay your bills, you're not only an idiot, but you're going to jail.

The only question remaining is whether Trump goes to jail in 2021 or 2025, or dies of a cheeseburger-related coronary somewhere in-between.
