The point is valid because most 10s dont exercise thus their lower bodies don't have the sexiest form. Most women get a full pass on this because simply having lean legs is really hot as is, and a 10 rating doesn't really care to examine legs at all, but the moment exercise is added, improvements are had.

The main chick in this parody would be a great example of lower body improvements had due to exercise. Her legs make that video tbh

I agree with all of this.

I do appreciate muscular legs, very much so, just don't appreciate the particular legs in the OP enough to overcome what I feel are less attractive aspects elsewhere. I find her elfin, as I do most short women, and that's less appealing to me.
