Hi, I have a few things I want to sell on ebay now.

1.)I am getting my pay pal account verified right now, after it is verified I can put funds in my bank account, correct?

2.)What's best way to ship an item shaped like a credit card? Just 29 cent stamp, or can postal service ship it faster?
